Locating the company’s U.S. base nearby allows Dell’Accio to stay directly involved in day-to-day operations, product development, and team management.

While the company will continue operating out of its original headquarters in Montreal, the move to South Florida marks a strategic expansion. In January, Essentia Organic Mattress purchased a 17,000-square-foot building at 6510 W. Rogers Circle for $5.55 million. Situated on a 1.13-acre lot and zoned for industrial use, the property was a strong fit for Essentia’s operational goals in South Florida.

The building’s industrial zoning supports a flexible layout that combines production, retail, and administrative functions. Approximately 14,000 square feet are dedicated to mattress manufacturing, while the remaining 3,000 square feet house executive offices and a public-facing showroom where customers can explore Essentia’s line of certified organic sleep products.

The transaction was brokered by Mark Rubin of Colliers, who represented Essentia, and Mark Faeth of LRM Commercial Real Estate Advisors, who represented the seller.
