A new housing development is set to break ground soon in Davie, South Florida, right next to Broward College. The project, called Parks at Davie, is a collaboration between Miami-based 13th Floor Investments and JSB Capital Group. It will be located on college property at the northwest corner of Davie Road and Southwest 37th Street, replacing a current parking lot. Although situated on college grounds, this development is not exclusively for students.
