A major Hollywood multifamily project is officially underway, bringing hundreds of new apartments, a community synagogue, and the preservation of a local historic site to a key location near the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.
This latest development, led by Kushner Companies, has received city approval for a mixed-use plan that blends modern housing with cultural and historical elements on a 5.7-acre parcel at the southeast corner of Stirling Road and State Road 7 in Hollywood, Florida. One of the most distinctive features of the project is the integration and restoration of the Bryan House, a historic home built in the early 1900s by one of Broward County’s founding families.
