Lennar Joins $68 Million Construction Project in Coconut Creek

Lennar has joined a new residential development in Coconut Creek following a $68 million land deal. The project, called Mainstreet at Coconut Creek, covers 170 acres and includes plans for housing, retail space, and preserved green areas. This construction project in Coconut Creek is one of the larger mixed-use developments currently planned in Broward County real estate projects.
A Historic Land Deal in Coconut Creek
The deal began when Johns Family Partners sold their farmland, located between Wiles Road, Lyons Road, Sample Road, and State Road 7, for a combined $68 million. The buyers, a joint venture known as GSR RE Partners, include Rosemurgy Properties, 13th Floor Homes, Schmier Property Group, and Giles Capital Group.
