Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club, Boca Raton’s premier luxury enclave, has had a blockbuster year in real estate sales. As the city’s most exclusive and sought-after neighborhood, this gated golf community, covering 450 acres with fewer than 700 homes, has cemented its status as the epicenter of Boca Raton's high-end market. With amenities including a Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course, a private marina, and 24/7 armed security, it’s no surprise that the area continues to set new price records.
The Surge in Luxury Real Estate Sales
This year has seen a remarkable surge in luxury real estate transactions at Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club, fueled by an insatiable appetite for spec mansions among South Florida’s affluent buyers. While Boca Raton hosts other luxury communities such as The Sanctuary—where a $29 million estate was sold in February—none rival the allure and transaction volume of Royal Palm.
