The culinary landscape of West Palm Beach has been enriched with the opening of Pink Steak, a contemporary steakhouse with a unique Florida twist, conceptualized by renowned restaurateur and chef Julien Gremaud. Following private previews, Pink Steak officially opened its doors on Wednesday, Dec. 20, bringing a fresh take to the traditional steakhouse concept along the Dixie Corridor.
Chef Gremaud, the creative force behind Avocado Grill and Avocado Cantina, has infused Pink Steak with a club-like "Miami vibe" and a "chic but retro" aesthetic across its 4,500-square-foot space. This is evident in the dining room's decor, featuring a striking 15-foot brass flamingo statue, palm-frond-green accents, and elegant pink chandeliers.
The Miami influence is further reflected in the restaurant's ambiance, characterized by rhythmic music and a lively atmosphere, highlighted by a DJ booth situated in the open kitchen. Pink Steak's menu celebrates a wide array of steaks and chops, while also offering an extensive selection of fish and seafood dishes. Patrons can indulge in everything from raw bar platters and sushi rolls to crudos. The menu is further elevated with glamorous touches like caviar service, truffle shavings, vegetable Wellington, Maine lobster risotto, and Burgundy braised escargot with garlic, parsley, porcini, and puff pastry.
Steak enthusiasts will find a range of options, from the $55 bavette steak to the luxurious $235 tomahawk wagyu. To helm the kitchen, Gremaud has reunited with veteran chef Aaron Black, marking a continuation of their collaborative journey that began at Pistache and PB Catch in downtown West Palm Beach.
Pink Steak boasts an inviting wraparound indoor bar and a spacious 120-seat main dining room. Additionally, guests can enjoy the Florida weather on the 55-seat al fresco patio, making it an ideal spot for both intimate dinners and larger gatherings.
With its innovative approach to steakhouse dining, Pink Steak is set to become a culinary landmark in West Palm Beach, offering a unique dining experience that blends the best of steakhouse tradition with a modern, Miami-inspired twist.
