Charm City Burger Co., a staple for burger aficionados in Deerfield Beach for over ten years, is gearing up for an exciting transformation in early 2024. This renowned eatery, nestled off Hillsboro Boulevard, has been the recipient of numerous accolades and glowing reviews, thanks to its devoted local and visiting patrons.
In a fresh twist, the burger haven is set to move north to Boca Raton, with the launch date still under wraps. Meanwhile, the Deerfield Beach spot isn't saying goodbye but rather evolving into Charm City Sandwich Co., promising a paradise for sandwich enthusiasts.
But before the big shift, burger fans won't be left hanging. Charm City Burger Co. is delighting customers with a rotating selection of sandwich specials. The menu, ever-changing, has recently showcased delights such as a succulent chicken parmesan sub, the “Plain Jane” crispy chicken sandwich with muenster cheese, and a tenderloin sandwich in “regular,” “Fuego,” or “loaded” styles. Not to miss is the hand-shaved Philly cheesesteak, available in both classic and spicy versions featuring red hot chili pepper relish aioli, and a sumptuous chopped Wagyu cheeseburger sub dressed with caramelized onions, hot pepper relish, house-made white cheese “wiz,” and roasted garlic aioli, all on a toasted sesame seed roll.
Co-owner and co-founder Chef Michael Saperstein shared his enthusiasm for the upcoming changes. “2024 is an exciting year for us. We’re thrilled about our new Boca Raton location. But our heart remains in Deerfield Beach, where the original site will transform into Charm City Sandwich Co. We believe our loyal fans will welcome this new venture just as warmly,” he remarked.
Evan David, the co-owner, hinted that the Deerfield Beach location’s closing date will be announced shortly, expected in the first quarter of 2024. He encourages guests to follow Charm City’s social media (@charmcityburgerco) for the latest updates and announcements, especially regarding the tantalizing sandwich specials.
