Buccan, a trailblazing eatery in Palm Beach County, has once again garnered national recognition by securing a place on OpenTable's prestigious "Top 100 Restaurants" in the United States. Since its inception in 2011, Buccan has been redefining dining in Palm Beach, led by the culinary prowess of Chef Clay Conley.

This year, Buccan stands out as one of only seven Florida restaurants to be featured on the list, which was announced on November 14. This is not Buccan's first appearance on the list, having previously been recognized in 2019.

Sam Slattery and Piper Quinn, Conley's partners at Ember Group, share their pride in this achievement. "Being on this list is particularly meaningful as it reflects the opinions and ratings of our diners. Despite the evolving dining scene over 12 years, Buccan continues to deliver unique and memorable experiences," Slattery commented.

Buccan's enduring appeal is evident, with regulars and newcomers alike drawn to its vibrant atmosphere and Conley's culinary artistry. A six-time James Beard Award semifinalist for “Best Chef” in the South, Conley continues to raise the bar in the culinary world.

The restaurant's menu is a testament to its innovation, featuring dishes like the beloved short rib empanadas with salsa criolla and Peruvian ají amarillo, delectable hamachi tiradito with Peruvian chilies, and the comforting yet refined sweet corn agnolotti.

Joining Buccan on the OpenTable "Top 100" list are six other Florida establishments, including the Michelin-starred Stubborn Seed in Miami Beach, Tampa’s Bern’s Steak House, Lilac restaurant, Tallahassee’s Savour, St. Augustine’s Llama Restaurant, and Key West’s Latitudes.

Both Florida and California are prominent on the list, with California boasting 14 restaurants. OpenTable, a global leader in dining reservations, compiles this annual list by analyzing millions of verified diner reviews and other key metrics.

With over 12 million verified reviews from September 1, 2022, to August 31, 2023, Buccan's inclusion on this list is a testament to its exceptional dining experience. For more information about Buccan, visit BuccanPalmBeach.com.
