If you're a fan of juicy burgers and freshly cut fries, there's a new spot in Boca Raton that's a must-visit. Mooyah, a celebrated burger chain from Texas with three locations in Florida, has now opened its doors in Boca Raton, adding a fourth Florida location to its growing list of restaurants.

Founded in Plano, Texas in 2007, Mooyah has earned a reputation for burger perfection, thanks to its focus on high-quality ingredients and expert grilling techniques. The secret begins with their commitment to using only fresh, never frozen "Certified Angus Beef." Mooyah takes this a step further by adhering to 10 rigorous criteria for their ingredients, surpassing even the standards of USDA Prime, Choice, or Select.

The magic happens on the grill, where burgers are carefully cooked to achieve a perfect crust, seasoned and smashed to perfection, and served fresh off the flattop. Every burger is made to order, ensuring a personalized and satisfying experience.

The name Mooyah is a playful take on the exclamation "booyah," mixed with a nod to cows, reflecting the brand's fun and vibrant approach. Over the past decade and a half, Mooyah has expanded globally, with over 80 locations worldwide.

The Boca Raton branch, owned by Marc Verderame, is the first in the county and one of the few in Florida. Verderame, a restaurant industry veteran, was drawn to the Mooyah brand after visiting a location in Orlando. His journey with Mooyah included multiple meetings and a trip to Texas to meet corporate leaders, followed by intensive training in Knoxville to master the Mooyah way.

Mooyah's commitment to quality extends beyond beef. They bake their non-GMO potato rolls fresh each morning. Guests can get creative with their burgers, choosing from favorites like the MDC, the bacon cheeseburger, and the Double Diablo, or build their own with a wide range of toppings and extras. The Mooyah sauce, a creamy twist on thousand island, adds a unique flavor to the burgers.

For those avoiding gluten or buns, Mooyah offers a gluten-free bun option and the 'Iceburger,' wrapped in iceberg lettuce. The fry experience at Mooyah is also noteworthy, with a 24-hour preparation process ensuring the crispiest, freshest fries.

Complete your meal with one of their eight shake flavors, including classics like vanilla and Hershey's Chocolate or adventurous options like cookie dough and mint chocolate chip. And for those who prefer non-beef options, Mooyah offers turkey burgers, vegan patties, and Hebrew National hot dogs.
