La Fontana is located directly in between Spanish River Boulevard to its north and Palmetto Park Road to its south. It's about 1.5 miles in either direction to get off the island to the mainland.

The building is located just west of A1A, and it has amazing natural views in so many directions. It sits directly on the Intracoastal, which is also known as Lake Wyman in this specific area. If you look beyond the Intracoastal, you'll see James Rutherford Park and Lake Wyman Park. And if you look beyond the parks, you'll see the city of Boca Raton, which is lit up super nicely at night.

On top of all that, its walking distance to Red Reef Executive Golf Course and Red Reef Park and Beach. And it's a five minute drive to Mizner Park and Royal Palm Plaza. La Fontana was built in 1980. There are 217 story buildings with 162 total units on a 10 acre lot.

There's about 81 units per building and five units per floor with two elevators servicing each building. The units all have varying views of the ocean Intracoastal and the parks.

The front of this property is massive, beautiful and well-maintained. The guest parking is right out front, which is so easy and efficient compared to some of the other buildings in the area. And you can enter the underground gated parking from A1A if you're an owner.

The underground garage is extremely clean and well-maintained and everybody gets at least one parking spot underground. An additionally, there's storage down on the garage level. The pool area is in the early stages of getting updated, so that'll look really nice when it's done and the tennis courts are in the process of getting updated as well.

On the property, there is a 16-boats dock right on the Intracoastal. And after a long day of fishing, you can come back in, dock your boat, toss your fish on the grill and hang out and watch the sunset right over Lake Wyman.

All 16 docks here have water and electric. Many have electronic lifts that will accommodate a 34 foot boat with a ten foot beam dock. Each here is permitted when it's available, and it's only two and a half miles to Boca Inlet with no fixed bridges.

Residents here get on the beach through their deeded beach access, which has lounge chairs and a private shower.

As we walk towards the entrance of the building, you'll notice that it's really nice, very clean. I do really like the updating they've done and how they maintain the building. Yu'll see to your right that there's a guard. He's there 24/7, checking everyone before they enter the building. There's about 100 unreserved parking spaces to accommodate.

Okay, so now that we're on the inside, let's check out all the first floor amenities, which are pretty extensive. This place has a really nice game room, a really nice office, a gym with a sauna and a club room. Additionally, the social room here has a full kitchen with a big screen TV.

Units may or may not have a split floor plan, meaning they may or may not have bedrooms next to each other. Units will range in size from 700 to 2,500 square feet, with 1 to 3 bedrooms.

Depending on the unit you're in, the condo fees range from $1,200 to $1,600 per month. There is no leasing allowed in the building and no pets allowed.
