More About Harbour East

Harbour East is a waterfront luxury hidden gem in Boca Raton. Most people in the area don't even know this neighborhood exists. Located just east of Federal Highway and just south of Spanish River Boulevard, it really is in a prime location for a mainland Intracoastal Community.

It's just north of Lake Wyman on the water, and it's just south of Lake Rogers on the water. And because the neighborhood is so close to federal Highway and Spanish River Boulevard, you're super close to everything the city has to offer. For example, you're 5 minutes away from downtown Mizner Park. You're 15 minutes away from downtown Delray Beach's Atlantic Avenue, and you're 5 minutes to I-95, which gives quick access to the airports in 30 minutes or less. There are 58 single-family homes in Harbour East. They are all waterfront. But out of the 58, 11 of them have direct intracoastal views. And it takes 10 minutes or less by boat to get to Lake Boca and to the ocean with no fixed bridges.

While we're talking about location, I think it's important that we don't leave out that this neighborhood is right across the street from V&S Italian Deli, which is one of the better locations to grab lunch and grab a sandwich in East Boca Raton. Another thing that I think people love a lot about this community is that there is no HOA.

Additionally, Harbour East is located in an A-rated school district. The schools are JC Mitchell Elementary, Boca Raton Community Middle and Boca Raton Community High. And what I think might be the most important thing about this neighborhood's location is that it's a two minute walk from Whit's frozen custard.

Harbour East was originally built in the 1960s, but because the location is so great in the neighborhood, it's so desirable. Builders have come in and knocked down some of these old homes and put up these amazing new construction properties. And because of that, you'll find that the age of properties in this neighborhood range from the 1960s to present day.

Homes in this neighborhood will range in size from 1,400 to 8,500 square feet, with the number of bedrooms ranging from 2 to 6. Lots will range from 8,000 to 19,000 square feet. And the typical home in this neighborhood is built with concrete block construction.

All the canals are about 80 feet wide. They're all deep water. Most lots sit on about 80 feet of water frontage. And there are no fixed bridges to access the ocean.
