The cherished Rosebud brand, a staple of the Chicago dining scene, is set to grace Boca Raton with its first venture outside Illinois. Mia Rosebud, marking the 11th addition to the Rosebud chain, is eagerly anticipated to open its doors in mid-February on Palmetto Park Road.

Behind the Rosebud name is the legendary Chicago restaurateur, Alex Dana, who single-handedly owns and operates the chain. The inception of Rosebud traces back to 1976 in Chicago's Little Italy. Initially named Bocciola della Rose, but simplified to Rosebud for ease, the name was inspired by Dana's mother, reflecting the family's deep-rooted influence on his culinary journey.

Mia Rosebud promises to extend the chain's legacy of classic Italian cuisine and prime steaks to Boca Raton. Dana's philosophy centers on the belief in the transformative power of a great meal coupled with exceptional service, a principle that has kept him in the restaurant industry for over 50 years.

The menu at Mia Rosebud will feature dishes steeped in century-old family recipes, showcasing the importance of authentic flavors and quality ingredients. Patrons can look forward to savoring classics such as rigatoni alla vodka, crispy brick chicken, and arrabbiata fusilli, among others.

Spanning 7,700 square feet, the Boca Raton location will boast an open-kitchen layout, a main dining area, private event space, and both indoor and outdoor bars, complete with a patio for alfresco dining.
