A new chapter in luxury living unfolds at 22655 Camino Del Mar. The development of Nuvo Boca, a 125-acre rental community, promises upscale living spaces and aims to redefine residential luxury in Boca Raton.

Nuvo Boca is set to house a total of 252 homes upon completion. The community will feature 115 single-family homes and 137 townhomes, catering to a variety of lifestyle needs. With a keen eye on luxury, the community plans include three acres dedicated solely to premium amenities. Residents will enjoy access to two outdoor pickleball courts, a basketball court, a grilling pavilion, a dog park, a putting green, and a spacious 6,000-square foot swimming pool. For those seeking relaxation and fitness, a yoga lawn, fitness center, firepit hammock area, and multipurpose fields offer ample opportunities for leisure and exercise.

Highlighting the appeal of Nuvo Boca are the diverse living options available. Townhomes are available in two sizes, with rental prices set at $4,000 for a 1,640-square-foot space featuring a one-car garage, and $5,500 for a 1,826-square-foot unit boasting a two-car garage. Single-family homes start at $5,200 monthly for a three-bedroom and scale up to $8,000 for a five-bedroom, with sizes ranging from 1,733 to 2,707 square feet. All single-family residences come with a two-car garage. Upgrades such as fenced backyards, porcelain-planked floors, quartz countertops, soft-close cabinets, electric car chargers, and Ring security doorbells ensure a blend of comfort and modernity.

The Nuvo Boca community replaces the Boca Del Mar golf course, a landmark developed in the 1970s that marked the beginning of Boca's development surge. Despite its closure in the early 2000s and some opposition to new development, plans for the Nuvo Boca homes moved forward, with the North American Development Group acquiring the land in 2020. The former golf course clubhouse is set to become a central hub for amenities, maintaining a connection to the site's storied past.

With 115 homes already completed and approximately 80 occupied, Nuvo Boca is on track for full completion by the end of this year. While the community itself does not include commercial spaces, a gesture of goodwill comes in the form of land donated to JARC (Jewish Association for Residential Care), which will house a six-bedroom facility for adults with developmental disabilities, seamlessly integrated into the neighborhood.
